" Tell me and I’ll forget.
Show me, and I may remember.
Involve me and I’ll understand.”
During your first visit we talk about your health history, current health concerns and why you are seeking a Kinesiology balance. We consider the expectations you have and what you would like to create in your life.
On follow up visits we discuss what changes you experienced or observed.
Once we have a shared understanding of the issues you’d like to work with, you will remove your shoes and lie, fully clothed, on a massage table. Wear comfortable clothes when you come for a session.
I use 'muscle reflex monitoring' as a feedback system to identify areas of stress in organs, meridians, muscles, chakras or other parts of your physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies. The same procedure is used to find what is needed to restore balance.
The 'corrections' vary, from balancing meridian function, diffusing emotional issues and concerns, balancing brain functions, gently holding neurovascular points, balancing chakras through to helping you deal with food sensitivities in a more effective way, to name a few. Another area we might work on is clearing subconscious negative behavioral patterns which prevent one from living life fully.
Each session is specific to you, the client, always working towards your well-being.
It is not possible to give a general answer to this question – the time involved is dependent upon the complexity of the topic and your level of commitment to resolving it.
Kinesiology is very effective but it’s not magic, it doesn’t ‘fix’ your issue in one session. Although you will start to feel more aligned and able to adapt better.
For chronic conditions, fortnightly sessions are quite powerful until things start to balance out.
I recommend 2 or 3 follow up sessions so you can observe changes happening.
Our aim is to have as many sessions as necessary and as few as possible.
Many topics can be sufficiently resolved in 2 – 3 sessions, others require more time. You as the client determine the number of sessions and their frequency.
Everybody will experience something different after a Kinesiology session, so it is impossible to predict what you may feel.
When energy is restored, the body starts to heal itself. Generally people experience a great sense of relief or lightness by the end of the session. Some people might experience fatigue as a part of the healing process.
Kinesiology can also bring up emotional issues that have been buried for some time and occasionally you may experience a ’low’ period for a day or two before the beneficial effects are felt. This happens when things are brought to the surface and a deep shift is taking place.
Some people feel on top of the world, or experience feelings of calm, relief and relaxation.
There is no right or wrong way of feeling after the session. What ever happens for you will be what is needed.
Drinking extra water is always recommended after a session.
The practice cannot settle its costs via health insurance companies.
The fees are to be covered privately.
Yes, you certainly can. Muscle testing on babies and young children is often more difficult because they don't keep still for long.
It can be done on a surrogate person like myself or the parent, while the corrections are best done on the infant.
The session with an infant usually takes less time.
